BASIC OPERATIONS

Select "ON" with the [ ] or [ ] key.

To disable fax print hold, select "OFF".

Press the [OK] key.

Printing received faxes held in memory

To print received faxes that are held in memory when fax print hold is enabled, follow the steps below.

In Fax mode, press the [SPECIAL

FUNCTION] key.

Begin the following procedure from the base screen of

Fax mode.

Press the [SPECIAL

FUNCTION] key to display the

special function menu.

(To select fax mode, see step 1

on page 18.)

Select "FAX PRINT HOLD" with the

[ ] or [ ] key.

Press the [OK] key.

Select "PRINT HOLD DATA" with the

[] or [] key.

Press the [OK] key.

Select "PRINT" with the [ ] or [ ]

key.

Press the [OK] key.
