Print Hold

The Print Hold function is used to hold received faxes in memory instead of

printing them as they are received. To print the faxes, the programmed Print

Hold code must be entered.

To use the Print Hold function, program a Print Hold code as explained below

and then activate the Print Hold function as explained on the following page.

Programming the Print Hold code

Follow the steps below to program a Print Hold code.

1 Press .

3 Press the numeric keys to enter the desired Print Hold code (any 4-digit

number).

4 Press .

• The machine will print out the Print Hold code for your records.

• In the event that you forget the code and have kept no record, contact your

Sharp dealer.
