Replace the drum cartridge.
• Make sure the drum cartridge is
inserted in as far as it will go.

Replace the toner cartridge and then
close the print compartment cover.

If you have a paper cassette and the
display still indicates that paper is
jammed, pull out the cassette and
remove the jammed paper.

Replace the paper cassette.
